This really does feel as good as it looks
Although the description of the material is not too helpful (I had no idea what "lacquer" was, for example) - it really is lovely to touch (a bit like a cross between very light PVC and satin or lycra)
I'm a sucker for halter necks too (it helps that I have a wife who can fill the halter to overflowing!) and I really REALLY like the fullness of the skirt
It's a great combination of sophistication and outright sexiness
